Every Sector raised almost double compare to last diwali.Investors and traders don't want to short market,even though DOW jones closed in red yesterday.May be want to start new year with positive note.Top Nifty gainers included Sterlite Industries, RCom and Ambuja Cements while losers included ICICI Bank, Cipla and ONGC.
