Yes, Now retail investors didn't have to apply through paper IPO form and give cheque to Stock broker to apply for IPO.In the ASBA(Application Supported by Blocked Amount) route, the money is blocked in the bank account of an investor who has bid for a public issue and is debited depending on the allotment he/she gets.If you want to revise bids investors will also be able to take the print of a bid revision form from the stock exchange websites.Sebi has been trying to popularise the Asba route in public issues. It use has helped in reducing issue timelines and removes the need for refund of application money.

New users has to register with details of your DP,BANK DETAILS,PAN CARD(Login ID ).Password will be provided instantly by NSE.After LOG IN ,click on appropriate IPO  from current OPEN IPO's  list.Download Form and take print out.
